You’ve gotta try these delicious pumpkin baby led weaning muffins! They’re vegan, no eggs, no dairy, no bananas, perfect for little ones and even you!
Hi friends!
I wanted to share one of my favorite healthy baby led weaning muffins – pumpkin muffins! Honestly, they aren’t specifically for baby led weaning! They’re just all around a yummy healthy pumpkin muffin that’s perfect for anyone!
These pumpkin muffins are vegan and you can throw all the ingredients straight into a blender (or food processor) which makes for easy clean up!
My kids absolutely LOVE these muffins and I would make them all the time for them they were first starting to eat solids. These muffins seriously don’t last longer than a day or two in this house!
This post is all about pumpkin baby led weaning muffins!
How To Make Healthy Pumpkin Baby Led Weaning Muffins!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tbs. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (pure)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º & lightly spray a muffin pan (or use silicone liners and don’t worry about it!)
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixer and mix until well combined
- Pour mix into baking pan and bake for about 15 minutes (check with toothpick to see if done)
These muffins are crowd favorite around here and I know they’ll become a staple at your house too!
If your kids are little weary on spices, feel free to only add cinnamon and try the other spices later on. You can always mix in different spices to make it to your kids liking as well! These are super yummy with pretty much any mixture of fall spices!
